The Commercial & General group have been appointed by the South Australian government to transform the master precinct portion of the former West End Brewery Site in Adelaide, now known as Southwark Grounds.
This landmark development will reimagine city fringe living with a fully amenitised inner-city community established on the site, set to feature more than 1,000 homes for South Australians. The precinct will be mixed use and prioritise multi-generational living with aged care, key worker housing and childcare all slated for the site. The historic Walkerville Brew Tower will be reimagined and brought to life as an activated anchor for the precinct's public space with hospitality and retail uses.
Works are set to begin in 2027.
