Testimonials

  • The Hon. John Watkins AM, Calvary Chairman

"This is a landmark project for Calvary and is by far the biggest investment we have ever made in a hospital anywhere in Australia. It is the biggest and most comprehensive private hospital ever built in South Australia and will redefine the quality and excellence of private hospital/health care in this state.”

  • People’s Choice Chairman, John Cossons

"We’re reducing our total office space by about a third, saving several million dollars each year in rent, energy bills, maintenance and infrastructure — money we’ll happily reinvest into supporting our members. Going into this enterprise, we decided that we would ensure that the bulk of our investment into our new head office would go to SA companies.”

  • DPTI

"Commercial & General are a team that works openly and pragmatically. Their ability to problem-solve and communicate at all levels, with the client and SA Government stakeholder groups is refreshing. An integrated developer and owner-led team, C&G delivered the government’s fitout in a structured manner, providing detailed design integration, cost management and probity. We look forward to C&G’s long-term ownership of this significant CBD asset.”

  • University of Adelaide

"Commercial & General’s skill including innovative design concepts, application of their private capital and retained long-term ownership have been the key elements of the success of The Village working with our university’s strategic plans. The Village is a true success story of private and public organizational collaboration and is an example of what can be achieved when a university and the private sector work together.”
