Mitch is a member of the Commercial & General Group’s Capital Solutions function and Fund Manager for its Industrial and Logistics Opportunities Fund. Within this role, Mitch leads the Fund on capital transactions, asset and portfolio management, investor reporting and strategy implementation.

Mitch is a relationship-focused professional with 12+ years’ experience across real estate investment, advisory and construction obtained in the UK, Ireland and Australia. Prior roles have provided Mitch with exposure to new product development and the establishment and management of capital partnerships, in addition to extensive transactional experience, including advising on, formulating and implementing multi-faceted property investment and development strategies.

Prior to joining C&G, Mitch worked with Barwon Investment Partners in multiple roles focused on Barwon’s healthcare, childcare and opportunistic property strategies. His primary roles at Barwon focused on capital transactions, asset management and overseeing a diversified portfolio of healthcare development projects.

Prior to joining Barwon, Mitch worked with Pepper Property Advisory in their Capital Solutions team where he focused on providing strategic advice to listed and private clients across capital raising and structuring, sales and acquisitions, occupier advisory, asset repositioning and portfolio strategies.
