With over 15 years’ experience across the consulting and construction industries, Courtney brings a highly strategic and practical approach to project leadership, underpinned by strong expertise in design, construction and contract management. As Executive Director – Delivery and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Courtney provides leadership across complex project delivery, with significant experience in commercial design, project management and contract administration. Her ability to make informed, outcomes-focused decisions continues to drive successful project delivery across major developments.

Courtney’s highly developed design capability and deep understanding of construction enable her to communicate effectively with consultants, contractors and clients alike, providing creative and practical solutions across complex developments. Her leadership is reflected in a hands-on and collaborative approach with stakeholders at every level, with the ability to confidently engage from Boardroom to site. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) and Bachelor of Design Studies.
