Tide Apartments is a transformative affordable housing project within WEST, conceived and delivered by Commercial & General Group as integrated developer and builder, in partnership with Junction Australia.
Through Commercial & General's fully integrated delivery model, the project is being constructed by its dedicated building division, Tandem, enabling a seamless approach from development and design through to construction and delivery.
Tide will provide 60 high-quality, long-term affordable homes for South Australians, creating opportunities for individuals and families who need them most. It represents a meaningful contribution toward addressing the housing crisis while fostering socially diverse, inclusive communities.
The project is also supported by the Federal Government through the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF), demonstrating the power of collaboration between the private, community and government sectors. Delivered under Tandem's Federal Safety Commissioner accreditation, Tide Apartments reflects a commitment to excellence in construction safety, quality and environmental responsibility.
Completed in October 2026, Tide Apartments is a purpose-built, community-focused development incorporating activated ground-floor retail and contributing to the vibrancy and growth of the evolving WEST precinct.
