Yorke Commercial Campus Precinct
Yorke Commercial Campus – Adelaide's first Campus Style office precinct.
Adelaide City Council has approved leading Adelaide property developer Commercial & General's plans to build a new $200 million plus commercial landmark in the city's CBD, with a series of ten-storey campus-style office buildings in one precinct which will be Adelaide's biggest ever single site development and its 'greenest' business precinct.
The development proposal for the corner of Angas and Pultney Streets will house up to 3,000 office and retail workers, and host the latest in environmental building technologies, access to sports and recreation facilities and an on-site child care centre – the first greenstar building to do so in Adelaide.
Woolworths
Located on Walker Street in Mount Barker this project comprised the new Woolworths store and associated carparking. Commercial & General were responsible for the design and construction of the 5 Stage development, consisting of numerous multi-level carparks, office spaces and the incorporation of a Pharmacy and other retail stores.
The Greek on Halifax Restaurant
Arguably the best Greek restaurant in Adelaide and undergoing one of the city's best heritage restorations, The Greek restaurant caters for some 150 plus people in the fully renovated old Adelaide Depot building in the heart of the CBD.

SA Ambulance
Commercial & General managed the construction for this project on behalf of our family related company Omega SeniorCare. Constructed in only 8 weeks, this sets a new benchmark for delivery of an Ambulance facility in South Australia.

Links Lady Bay - Golf Clubhouse
An outcome of which the community is proud and has embraced. We were commissioned to design and deliver this project. The clubhouse building was designed to present a contemporary classic feel and utilises the natural topography of the site to provide two levels of service area, with a total of approximately 1000sqm on each level. The building incorporates Restaurant, Bar, Function, Administration and many other facilities.
