Commercial and General were responsible for the design and construction of the warehouse and distribution facility for STRAMIT. This development was specifically designed to reflect the logistical demands of the company's daily warehousing and distribution.
The building areas comprised of 4,800m2 warehouse and 350m2 office.

Ausco Building Systems
This industrial project was completed within 4 months. The facility comprises 3250 sqm of warehouse space and additional office facilities, internal clearance in excess of 8 metres and hardstand areas.
