Commercial & General seeks to:
- Ensure that environmental and social sustainability are at the core of our project deliverables
- Obtain services and standards that will enable the implementation of sustainable products
- Educate project stakeholders about the importance and opportunities of sustainable development
- Consider a life cycle cost assessment of all primary building elements
- Explore technologies and support products that will improve the environmental performance of our projects
- Maintain and, where it has been disturbed, seek to assist in restoring biodiversity
- Minimise consumption of resources, especially non-renewable resources
- Minimise pollution of the biosphere
- Increase awareness of environmental issues
