Jamie McClurg

Executive Chairman

Jamie has spent more than 20 years in the development, construction and real estate industry and is responsible for the Commercial & General group’s overall strategic direction and development projects.

Leading the Commercial & General team, Jamie has been responsible for the concept and delivery of an extensive range of projects across South Australia, Queensland, Victoria and the Northern Territory. He previously held senior development management and project management positions in companies such as Lend Lease and Halliburton.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Building and is the past Vice President of the South Australian division of the Property Council of Australia, and has also been appointed by the South Australian Minister of Heritage as a member of the State Heritage Council. Jamie McClurg is an accredited Justice of the Peace in South Australia and Queensland.

Trevor Cooke

Chief Executive Officer

Trevor Cooke brings a wealth of experience and has an outstanding track record in funds management globally providing Commercial & General with a competitive advantage as the company evolves to expand its footprint nationally.

With his exceptional credentials, including being former Managing Director, Head of Global Real Estate, Asia Pacific UBS Global Asset Management, Managing Director of AMP Brookfield, a globally listed joint venture with $8 billion assets under management, in addition to his management of two Japanese real estate investment trusts with assets under management of $2 billion, Trevor plays a crucial role as the company evolves into a multi-disciplinary property and funds management operation.

Mark Brammy

Executive Director
Group General Manager Client Delivery (Development & Construction)


With a background in civil engineering, Mark’s primary role within the Commercial & General group is to facilitate the company’s development and construction pipeline with a focus on project feasibility, design and delivery.

Mark has previously held positions in project and construction management with Goodman. His intimate knowledge of project design, construction and development feasibility has allowed the Commercial & General Group to continue its expansion and evolution into one of South Australia’s largest integrated development and construction companies.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and sits on the Industrial Development Committee of the South Australian Division of the Property Council of Australia.

Chris Menz

Executive Director
Group General Manager Communities, Sales & Marketing

An experienced manager of delivery teams, Chris has significant expertise in residential, mixed use and density projects from his previous work with Lend Lease, Macquarie Group and more recently leading the South Australian government’s flagship Bowden infill project.

Chris’ intimate knowledge of community and stakeholder partnerships, construction delivery and sales performance has delivered exceptional commercial and community outcomes. He now leads the Football Park Redevelopment project as Commercial & General Communities expands further into large scale mixed use and residential projects.

Chris holds qualifications in Built Environment from the Queensland University of Technology and is currently a sitting member on the Residential Committee of the South Australian Division of the Property Council of Australia.

Chris has held various Board positions for not for profit groups and is currently on the Property Advisory Committee for a local community housing group.

Courtney Procter

Executive Director
Project Management

Courtney has highly developed design skills combined with a sound knowledge and understanding of construction developed through her previous roles as a Project Manager on commercial, education, and retail projects.

Her finely honed skills allow Courtney to provide creative and practical solutions as part of a project team, and also the ability to act independently on behalf of a client particularly in the areas of Design and Contract Management. She has previous experience with office, commercial, retail and facility fit outs, and provides a solid foundation in interpretation of documentation from inception to onsite solutions and time management.

Courtney has significant experience in the requirements for commercial design and contract management having recently completed the successful management of the delivery of the $100 million South Australian Police Headquarters (5 Star Green Star and 5 Star NABERS), and the base building and fit out of Worldpark (also a 5 Star Green Star and 5 Star NABERS project).

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) and Bachelor of Architectural Studies. She is an Associate of the Australian Institute of Project Management and an Accredited Green Star Professional.

Simon Toovey

Executive Director
Strategy & Business Development

Simon brings more than 20 years experience in the property industry to the Commercial & General team. In 1998, he founded Glenmont Properties, which held an Australian Financial Services Licence as a Responsible Entity of managed investment schemes. Glenmont managed more than $400 million of commercial, industrial and retail property on behalf of more than 4,000 investors prior to the business being sold to an ASX- listed property group.

Simon is also a past international board member of the global Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Often referred to as the ‘world’s most powerful network’, YPO connects 20,000 chief executives of leading companies – generating a collective US$6 trillion in revenue and employing more than 15 million people in more than 120 countries.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance and Marketing), a Graduate Diploma in Property and is a qualified Valuer and Land Economist. He is also a Certified Practicing Marketer and a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute.

Jackie Su

Executive Director, Legal & Compliance

Jackie leads the Group’s legal and compliance and provides company secretarial services to the Board.  As a qualified legal practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in corporate law and a former Partner of Minter Ellison Lawyers SA/NT, Jackie has extensive experience in advising on cross border merger and acquisition transactions, capital raisings, joint ventures, property development, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Jackie holds a Masters of Taxation, a Bachelor of Laws and Economics and is currently the Vice President of Asia Pacific Business Council for Women and a director of Dexus Whole Funds Limited. Jackie is also a member of the Law Society of South Australia.

Leanne Allen

Executive Director, Group Financial Controller

With extensive experience in property development, retirement living and financial services, Leanne is responsible for the Group’s financial operations, human resources and information technology. As an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA), Leanne’s emphasis is on providing strategy advice to the Board to ensure company growth, financial due diligence, oversight and compliance.  Leanne is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).


Tass Roufos

Executive Director

Tass leads the Melbourne office of Commercial & General and has spent more than 30 years working in property development and construction across Victoria and South Australia, where he has held various senior management and directorships. Tass has a keen passion for building sustainability and has completed multiple 5 Star Green Star projects and is a Green Star accredited building professional.

With a Construction & Building Technology Diploma from the South Australian Institute of Technology, Tass has completed post graduate studies in Real Estate Economics and Property Development Law at the University of South Australia.

Tass also has a strong commitment to corporate citizenship and through his strong leadership within the organisations he has championed, he has successfully raised more than $1.2 million for the charity, the Bone Health Foundation.
